Our facilities have adopted the following measures of prevention and safe hospitality in order to guarantee a peaceful holiday in total safety.

RECEPTION
All staff have strictly followed specific training in prevention and control, and are constantly being updated.
Every service employee has been equipped with personal protective equipment and is subjected to body temperature control before entering the residence.
Partition panels have been installed at each reception workstation to ensure a high level of protection for guests and employees.
All surfaces and work tools are disinfected several times a day.
In each entrance and in each workstations there are dispensers with disinfectant gels.
Each item provided in use by the property to guests is disinfected before and after each use.
To avoid direct contact with identity documents, guests can send us a copy of their document in advance. At check-in, the receptionist can request the presentation of the original document, without touching it, to verify its validity.

APARTMENTS AND COMMON AREAS
The cleaning of apartments and common areas is carried out by a specialized cleaning company, which uses products suitable for disinfection and sanitization.
All linen is washed by a certified industrial laundry, according to UNI EN 14065, which adopts a management system able to ensure the microbiological quality level of the textile, based on the evaluation of the system of risk analysis and control of biocontamination. Washing reaches a temperature of 90°C.
In the entrances of the common rooms there are dispensers with disinfectant gels.
All common room elements that come into repeated contact with guests are cleaned at regular interval.
Elevators, where present, have regulated access.

POOLS
For each household, sunbeds have been placed in compliance with social distancing.
All equipment is constantly disinfected by bathing assistants.
In each entrance of the pools there are dispensers with disinfectant gel and signs indicating the rules of behavior.

PLANTS
We have implemented all risk prevention protocols in water distribution systems and air conditioning systems and all measures aimed at excluding any potential critical issues, through purification and sanitization.
